Stood Flows has two roles, decided automatically by whether a folder has a valid licence key.
A folder with a valid licence key is an Admin workspace. Admins can do everything: connect to Salesforce, run every analysis and refresh, edit contracts, and publish shared results to the team (see Team sharing).
A folder without a valid licence key is a Viewer workspace — a clean, read-only experience for people who just need to look at results someone else produced:
Every analysis, refresh and Salesforce-CLI button is hidden — there is nothing to run and nothing to break.
All the views stay fully browsable: KPI table, Apex trees, Licensing, DML, I/O, History and the dashboards.
Viewers can still add issues and pull the latest shared data with Refresh all.
In short: Admins produce the analysis; Viewers consume it. To turn a Viewer into an Admin, add a licence key in the folder's Settings.
