Most views focus on a single graph. The dashboard steps back and reads every org in a folder side by side.
Open it from the Dashboard button on the folder header.
The dashboard is a set of cards, one per theme — licences, records, custom objects, processes, flows, Apex, issues and so on. Each card carries the same shape of information for every org you have analysed, so a number that is out of line with its neighbours stands out without being hunted for.
Every KPI on every card has a written definition. See Dashboard KPI definitions for the full list, card by card.
A count on its own rarely leads to action. Most cards therefore carry a policy — a plain rule, and the list of things that meet it:
processes with no activity for twelve months
custom objects that are thin or idle
named users who have not logged in for long enough to be worth reclaiming
Each policy reports both the candidates and the population they came out of, so you can see what proportion of the estate a rule would touch before anyone acts on it. Open a card's policy block to get the per-org tree behind the number, and export it if you want to work through it elsewhere.
⭳ Export PDF writes the whole dashboard, page by page, to a file you choose. It is the version to send to someone who does not have the app — a sponsor, a licensing negotiation, an architecture review.
The dashboard does not talk to Salesforce. It reads what each graph's last analysis produced, distilled down to the few numbers each card needs, which is why a folder with a long history opens quickly. Orgs you have never analysed simply do not appear — run a full analysis on them first.
